If you are unsatisfied with your Vi Sense Headphones for any reason, you have 90 days from the date of purchase to return the device.
To qualify for a refund through Vi, you must have purchased the device directly on vitrainer.com. If your device was purchased through a third party site, such as Amazon or Bestbuy, you are subject to their return policy and must process any return directly with them.
To return your device purchased on vitrainer.com please email firstname.lastname@example.org and request to start the return process. They'll provide you with additional instructions and an RMA# to include with your return of the Vi Sense Headphones.
Please note, you must return the product(s) to Vi in good physical condition (not broken or physically damaged). All accessories originally included with your purchase (charging cable, carrying case, fin and tip sizing kit, original box) must be included with your return.
Once our warehouse receives the device, it will go through an inspection process (this can take 2-3 business days) and a refund will be issued when it is complete. Depending on your bank/card issuer, it can take between 2-7 business days before the refund is available in your account.

Shipping/handling charges and taxes paid (including state, country, customs, or VAT) are nonrefundable.
You are responsible for all shipping costs and assume the risk of loss or damages to the returned product(s) while in transit to our warehouse. To avoid the loss of your package, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Returned product(s) that have been opened or are missing accessories will be charged a restocking/handling fee of $10.00
If the product(s) is returned without an RMA #, it can be refused, returned to sender, or you may be charged a $20 restocking fee.
