Currently, training plans are only available for running workouts. To get started, click on "Run" from the top menu in the app, then "Let's build your plan" on that page.
You'll then chat with Vi to answer some questions. Once you've answered everything, Vi will provide you with your workouts for the current week. Now, on the "Run" page you'll see "This Week's Workouts" and the list of workouts you should complete this week. You can complete them in any order you choose!
