HIIT Runs are my FAVORITE! I recently started doing HIIT Run Training and have seen some pretty amazing results. Apparently it's the best way to lose weight (accordingly Livestrong: http://www.livestrong.com/article/18777-cardio-workout-burns-calories/) and I agree. Vi makes it super easy to run HIIT training exercises - just select Time Run, set your Beacon Updates to 1 minute and off you go. The harder you push during your one minute sprints, the quicker you'll drop those lbs.
