I've recently received my Vi, but I don't have a clear understanding of how to start designing new routines. I can't see much information around.
I've returned to activity by mainly cycling for some months and now I want to start running.
I did run 1 year ago but now I'm back a total beginner. I used to do some running intervals, but I see that Vi only offers free training for a certain amount of time or certain specific distance. I understand that during this duration, Vi will be commenting some tips in order to progress.
But I assume that there are not pre-programmed intervals like Run 5 min -> Walk 1 min -> Run 8 min -> Walk 2 min -> Run 8 min -> Walk 2 min -> Run 5 min -> Rest.
At this moment, I'm conscious that I can't just get out and keep running. From my experience the best workouts to restart running have been these programs like Couch to 5K/10K programs like these:
Or some Training Peaks or Strava programs.
How do you currently accomplish this? Or people using Vi are just running without an specific program?
