I have an update on the Strava situation...
Our team found that the issue was due to Strava’s rate limits and the current infrastructure we have. To sum it up, we were limited in the number of workouts we can upload to Strava's server, concurrently, at a given period of time due to rate limits. The team was working with Strava to increase the rate limit, and while it took a bit longer than expected, it is finally fixed!
To start uploading your workouts again going forward, please sign-out and sign back into your Vi app and then re-authorize Strava in the Vi app settings.
Let me know if any issues arise but I think we should be all set here. Really appreciate everyone's patience while we fixed this!
