I wanted to take a minute and introduce myself. I'm Amanda, the new Customer Success Manager, and I am super excited to be joining the LifeBEAM family!
I know that many of you have had some trouble recently getting through to us via email and I'm so sorry about that. I want to thank you for bearing with us while we were going through the change in personnel and assure you that Ervin and I are working very hard to get completely caught up so that we can respond much more quickly and effectively going forward.
