    Creating and saving your own interval workouts is a run based experience that would be really helpful to both runners and someone doing a circuit style workout in the gym.  Right now, I have to open a separate app if I want to manage my own interval timing but use vi for on demand feedback of metrics. (that is the best feature for experienced users).

    I agree that would be really useful. It can get annoying to manage three apps during a workout: Vi, music, and interval timer. I'd even be happy being able to build a workout using their interval "building blocks" that are used in other workouts: easy, medium, hard, sprint, and the various associated time intervals. That way the coaching is still there if you want it since their software knows how to use them.

    Hi Jamie & Brad, great ideas! We realize having to manage several apps when working out is not ideal. Having the ability to customize your own interval workouts is definitely a great feature and something that could benefit many of our users! I'll be sure to pass this along to our development team as well!
