Why dont use a POWER parameter? You have a barometer, gyroscope and HR sensors. We could train with that. So far the moov gadget trained me better 3 years ago, and now they have been added HR for a years or two. Stiol disappointed as I am waiting for the post of how Vi works as AI, and my guess is that it will have a decent AI in 5 years time as I have seen your planning and delivering. With moov I had various objectives and to go further I had 60 levels or so. I hoped it trained you more personalised but to this girl for example, cannot do that as she goes uphill and Vi doesnt detect. Vi doesnt get a proper information to work with. So just from the beginning we see that it is impossible to train somebody well if the track is not flat, and we should have faith then if it is flat too. I use Vi to listen to music while training with a xiaomi amazfit so far.

I would.go hard on the power parameter, invest in human resources as it looks thing go slowly compared with the competency. Everybody has an mp3 or sth to listen to music, and polar etc are selling watches with accurate HR reading in the wrist, and power too.

Also you could create a team to design workouts at home with your body as moov has. Maybe you could fuse with them I dont know. With two sensors would be great. But the future will be with a camera seeing you...Google may deliver an AI trainer and that would be it. You have to be quicker. You may partner with google too. You have good hr sensors and sound quality.

Hi Marla and Sergi, thanks for writing in! We really appreciate your feedback and suggestions for making the Vi experience better. Improvements to Vi detecting elevation is definitely something on our radar! We realize, at this time, Vi is unable to fully recognize these changes, but rest assured our team is working towards incorporating this! Each day our team gains a better understanding of Vi's intelligence and ways she can grow to meet our users needs. That being said, we have very exciting features for future updates, including improvements to user personalization, refinements to Vi's detection features, and more workout types! We appreciate your patience as we strive to deliver the best Vi experience!
