    Can you please also send me the steps to troubleshoot this problem? I received a Vi Trainer as a gift and after one day, the battery appears dead and it won't charge. Green light just keeps flashing away...

    Oh me too please.  This just started happening a few days ago for me as well.  

     

    Also my unit is getting quite hot-- uncomfortably/noticeably hot to the touch.  I think it's possibly because it's having a very difficult time connecting to anything and is running the Bluetooth search repeatedly.

    Hi, the reset while having it turned on while plugged into a charger, seemed to fix it. I held down the reset buttons for 10 seconds, it should make the Vi tell you to go to the app store to download the app(I did not have to actually redownload it).

    I tried several different chargers and wires before resetting it, so that did not seem to be the issue for me, just needed the reset while powered on(which again I needed to have it connected to the charger to reset it since it was not holding a charge when not connected to a charger).

    I am copying/pasting what was emailed since it seems people looking to solve this issue end up here and can get the answer immediately - 

    "As a troubleshooting step, I'd like you to reset your headphones. To do so, hold down the multi-function button (middle, circular button) and the minus (-) button at the same time until Vi turns back on.

    If Vi does not turn back on, can you please try charging Vi with a different micro USB charger? Our engineers have found that using a different charger could possibly make a difference."

    It seems to hold a charge now but has only been 20min on a charger, letting it charge another 30min before I head out on my morning run today to be sure it is actually charging properly, thanks for the help!
