Ok, I suck. I forgot Vi at home today, and it's pouring rain outside and my gym is by my office (10 miles from home) and I live in the Bay area where traveling 10 miles takes a long time. So either I spend an hour driving home and back, or I skip today, or I workout without Vi and can't log the workout.
I don't like these options. Maybe there could be a way in the app that we can log workouts that we don't have the headphones for?
Also, my PT has me doing specific intervals right now to try to focus on form so i'll stop injuring my hip - 2 minutes running, 1 minute walking. It would be nice if there was a way to see if there is a Vi workout that a 2/1 interval workout so I could use it. I feel like the workout descriptions are hard to tell if there's a built-in one, so I just end up doing a free workout and doing it myself.
