Vi's intelligence regarding speed capabilities

    Hi Jan, we're so sorry about the confusion! We're always striving to improve our algorithms and Vi's intelligence to meet the needs of our users. Vi is working hard to cater towards beginners. The distance detailed on the workout cards is an estimation, and when Vi says "go at a jogging pace" this is intended to give the user some freedom and flexibility. That is, Vi intends to have the user do what feels like a jog for them. Vi understands that a jog for a beginner is different than a jog for an advanced user and the feedback she provides should adjust accordingly.

    Our team is investigating why Vi directed you to a speed of 6.8 on the treadmill. This could be related to your calibration, but we'll have more information once our investigation is complete!
