    Hi Matt, thanks for writing in with this! In our latest update to the Vi trainer app, we introduced our new fitness goals. At this time we offer three goals upon onboarding of the Vi trainer app. These goals are to lose weight, improve running, or to maintain fitness. To tailor to your needs of running faster over a longer distance, I recommend choosing the improve running goal. From here, you are able to select a training plan and Vi will take into account that you are training to improve your running.
